TERMS OF USE

These terms of use ("Terms") set forth the agreement between the user ("User" or "I") and PolyMage Labs ("Polymage") regarding the use of the PolyBlocks playground ("Playground") provided by Polymage for the purpose of testing and experimenting with the PolyBlocks compiler. By accepting these Terms, I acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following provisions:

Use of Playground: I agree to use the Playground solely for the purpose of testing and experimenting with the PolyBlocks compiler. I understand and acknowledge that any other use of the Playground is prohibited.
	
Confidential Information: I shall not upload or store any confidential information from my organization on the Playground server.

Use of Models: I hereby grant Polymage permission to use the models I evaluate on the Playground solely for the purpose of improving PolyBlocks. I understand and acknowledge that Polymage will not share this information with any third party.

Prohibition of Malicious Activity: I shall not engage in any activity that is willingly malicious to the infrastructure hosting the Playground. I understand and acknowledge that any such activity may result in the termination of my access to the Playground.

Non-Disclosure of Access Credentials: I shall not share my access credentials for the Playground with any other individuals or organizations. I understand and acknowledge that sharing access credentials may compromise the security and integrity of the Playground.

Accurate Information: I confirm that I have provided accurate information, including my identity and affiliation, in the form. I understand and acknowledge that providing false or misleading information may result in the termination of my access to the Playground.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Polymage regarding the use of the Playground and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Polymage is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.>
